How to prepare.
LOG-IN TO ZOOM
Be sure you are able to log into class and that there are no technological issues prior to class.

NO MOISTURIZING
Avoid putting on any lotions day of class.
Remove jewelry to protect the integrity of your pole.

EAT & DRINK WATER
Stay hydrated & eat a snack within the hour before class.

What you need.
THINK LAYERS !
Think sports bra under big t-shirt, shorts under sweat pants, leggings, knee pads.

SOCKS
More important than you would think. Especially when trying to dance. Heel are welcome but not required.

INTRODUCTIONS
We care about each student. We want to address you by your name, whatever pronouns you prefer and maybe get to know what your big three are ;)
WARM UP & COOLDOWN
No need to warm up prior to class since we will do so together as a group.

DANCE BASED CURRICULUM
You will be flowing day 1 of class. So you can look forward to already dancing after your first class.
