1. Pre-Recorded Content

All purchases of digital classes are non-refundable.

2. Drop-In Live Classes

Cancel with at least 24 hours notice for a credit or reschedule.

Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for credit.

3. Subscriptions

Cancel anytime through your account dashboard.

You will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

No partial-month refunds will be issued.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial.

Cancel during the trial to avoid charges.

If you do not cancel, your card will be charged automatically on day 4.

5. Requesting a Refund
If you believe a refund is warranted due to an error or exceptional circumstance, contact us at Info@softsteelsanctum.com. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
