Pole dancing is a physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are in suitable physical condition or have consulted a medical professional.

  • You assume full responsibility for any injuries or health conditions.

  • TheArchives and its instructor disclaim all liability for injury or damages.

4. Account Registration

To access premium content:

  • You must register and create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login.

  • All activity under your account is your responsibility.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Free Trials

  • Subscriptions are billed [monthly/yearly – insert detail] and auto-renew unless canceled.

  • A free 3-day trial is available for new users. At the end of the trial, your selected payment method will be charged unless canceled beforehand.

  • Drop-in class purchases are one-time and non-recurring.
