Cancellation Policy

Registration is required prior to the start of the series. Access information will be sent to the email address associated with your booking. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, appropriate equipment, and a safe training space. Live attendance is encouraged; however, recordings will be provided to enrolled participants for review and makeup purposes. Cancellations & Refunds * Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the start of the first class will be refunded. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of the series are non-refundable. * Once the series has begun, no refunds, credits, transfers, or prorated adjustments will be provided for missed classes. * Missed classes are not eligible for makeup sessions. Recordings & Media Consent Classes may be recorded for the benefit of enrolled participants. By registering for and attending this series, participants acknowledge and consent to the possibility that their image, video, audio, name, comments, questions, or participation may appear within class recordings. Participants who prefer not to appear on recordings may keep their camera and microphone turned off; however, complete exclusion from recordings cannot be guaranteed in an interactive group setting. Recordings are provided exclusively to enrolled participants for personal educational use and may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or posted publicly. Access to recordings will remain available for 30 days following the conclusion of the series. Technical Difficulties Participants are responsible for their own internet connection, devices, and access to the virtual platform. Refunds, credits, or transfers will not be issued due to technical difficulties on the participant's end. Safety Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate space and conditions for safe participation and are encouraged to work within their current abilities. By registering for this series, participants acknowledge and agree to these policies.
